This role involves engaging with customers, showcasing jewelry products, and helping them find the perfect piece while providing an exceptional shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers and provide a warm, personalized experience. Assist customers in choosing jewelry based on their preferences and needs. Explain product details, care instructions, and after-sales services. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the showroom/display counters. Manage billing and transactions accurately using POS systems. Participate in inventory checks and store stock management. Stay updated on new arrivals, trends, and product knowledge. Support team members and contribute to store success. Eligibility: Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in retail, jewelry, fashion, or luxury sales is a plus, but not mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with billing systems is helpful. Passionate about jewelry and customer service. Positive attitude, well-groomed, and presentable.
