Job Title: Jewellery Sales Executive Location: Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 1+ years in jewellery sales preferred Salary: Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives Key Responsibilities:- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers, understanding their jewellery preferences and guiding them in selecting products that suit their needs and budget. Product Knowledge: Provide detailed information about jewellery items, including materials, craftsmanship, and care instructions. Sales Contribution: Actively participate in the sales process by showcasing jewellery effectively and encouraging purchases. Focus on enhancing customer experience to promote repeat business and word-of-mouth. Upselling & Cross-selling: Suggest premium or higher-value jewellery options based on customer preferences and occasion. Encourage add-on purchase. Suggest complementary jewellery items from other counters. Visual Merchandising: Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom, ensuring displays are neat and attractive. Billing & Order Coordination: Assist customers with order placements, exchanges, and repair entries as per standard procedure. Also, coordinate with the cashier to ensure smooth handover of bills & Payments. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Inventory Assistance: Assist in stock management, including inventory checks and replenishment. Market Awareness: Stay updated on the latest jewellery trends and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations. Teamwork & Support: Collaborate with team members during peak hours and store events. Maintain discipline, showroom etiquette, and help in achieving collective goals. Desired Skills & Qualifications Education: Minimum of a high school or equivalent. Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in Jewellery. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and/or English. Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
