The Jewel House is looking for a Jewellery Expert who can drive online sales by offering a seamless and delightful shopping experience through our digital channels. About the Role:As a Jewellery Expert, you will be the face of The Jewel House in our online space—engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them to the perfect piece. You'll work closely with our marketing and operations teams to ensure every customer receives exceptional service from discovery to delivery—and beyond. Key Responsibilities:Assist customers via chat, video calls, and social media DMs by offering detailed product knowledge and styling advice.Drive conversions by understanding customer needs and offering tailored recommendations.Manage online orders and ensure smooth processing from checkout to delivery.Provide prompt after-sales support, handling queries, returns, and service requests with empathy and efficiency.Offer insights based on customer feedback to improve product offerings and service quality. What We're Looking For:Strong communication skills (written and verbal).Previous experience in luxury retail, customer service, or e-commerce preferred.A passion for jewellery, fashion, and helping customers make confident choices.Comfortable working with CRM tools, order management systems, and digital communication platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Instagram, Zoom).Self-driven, detail-oriented, and highly responsive.
