We are seeking a talented Jewelry Designer who can contribute to our legacy of creating timeless, luxurious pieces.

Role Overview

The Jewelry Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing innovative jewelry designs that align with PMJ’s design philosophy and customer expectations. This role demands creativity, strong market understanding, and excellent design execution skills.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Creativity

• Create unique, trend-driven, and premium jewelry designs across categories (bridal, gold, diamond, polki, kundan, lightweight collections, etc.).
• Translate design concepts into detailed CAD sketches, technical drawings, and 3D models.
• Develop collections that reflect PMJ’s brand identity while incorporating fresh creative elements.

Product Development

• Work closely with karigars, CAD designers, and production teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Provide clear design specifications for manufacturing and follow through till final product completion.
• Suggest improvements to enhance craftsmanship, durability, and overall aesthetic appeal.

Research & Trend Analysis

• Conduct market research on jewelry trends, consumer preferences, gemstone usage, and competitive designs.
• Maintain inspiration boards, color palettes, and mood boards for upcoming collections.

Collaboration & Communication

• Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and retail teams for launches and campaigns.
• Present design concepts during internal reviews and incorporate feedback.

Quality Control

• Oversee sample creation and ensure designs meet PMJ’s quality standards.
• Review prototypes and suggest modifications where necessary.

Skills & Qualifications

Educational Background

• Degree/Diploma in Jewelry Design, Fine Arts, Accessory Design, or related field from a reputed institute.

Technical Skills

• Expertise in CAD tools (Rhino, Matrix, JewelCAD, ZBrush or similar).
• Strong hand-sketching and visualization skills.
• Knowledge of gemstones, metal properties, and jewelry manufacturing techniques.
• Understanding of traditional Indian craftsmanship (Jadau, Polki, Kundan, Temple Jewelry) is an added advantage.

Soft Skills

• Creativity and strong aesthetic sense.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple design projects.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

Experience Required

• 1–5 years of experience in jewelry designing (luxury or premium jewelry brands preferred).
• Freshers with exceptional portfolios may also be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
