Job Responsibilities : Convert potential student leads into confirmed admissions through strategic counselling. Visit students' homes to counsel parents and students directly (field/home visits required). Clearly explain the benefits of our JEE, NEET & MHT-CET coaching programs . Build strong relationships with parents and students, earning their trust and confidence . Maintain regular follow-ups and manage lead pipelines efficiently. Ideal Candidate Should Have : Strong communication and convincing skills . Experience or knowledge in educational marketing or admissions counselling . Familiarity with competitive exam coaching like NEET, JEE & MHT-CET . Self-motivated with a professional and approachable attitude. Willingness to travel locally for home visits/field work .
