Job Description

Description: The role will be responsible for the maintenance, support and deployment of the EnterpriseOne global infrastructure and its operations. Practitioner will be responsible for EnterpriseOne configuration, security administration, object management, and coordination with Applications, Development and other Infrastructure team members. Responsibilities /Work you'll do Maintain multiple JD Edwards EnterpriseOne release levels Monitor and manage EnterpriseOne performance and architecture and maintain the JD Edwards systems reliability, integrity and recoverability by implementing efficient preventive maintenance strategy including period system restarts etc. Establish and maintain processes and procedures for implementing and maintaining the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne technical environment OMW configuration and project promotions Server and client package build and deployments Perform JD Edwards Application/Tools Release Implementations and Upgrades to latest versions Install and manage Web Servers utilizing WebLogic Application Servers Install and manage Bolt-ons servers viz. Business services server (BSSV), Application Interface services servers (AIS) Perform impact analysis and installation of Electronic Software Update (ESU) and Application Software Update (ASU) from Oracle Administration of job queues, printer queues, object configuration mappings, datasources, managing JD Edwards servers from Server Manager Perform Environment data refresh across environments Work directly with end users, developers to identify and resolve technical issues Support JD Edwards running on MS SQL and Oracle Databases Support administration of DSI Scanning and Printing Administering JD Edwards Security using ALL OUT security and managing User Defined Objects (UDOs) Qualifications/ Desired Skills and Experiences Maintain multiple JD Edwards release levels Professional with 8+ years of experience in JDE CNC Administration, worked as a team member on implementation / support projects Working experience supporting JD Edwards environment on Windows and Linux platform Should have a good understanding and hands on experience in at least a full cycle of JDE Implementation Should have good working experience in CNC administration activities like Package Build and Deployment, Object Management workbench, printer creations, Service packs and ASU/ESUs installs, handling UDOs, data dictionary changes etc. Working experience in managing JD Edwards security using ALLOUT security Experience in web technologies such as Oracle WebLogic Application servers Database SQL configuration and administration is a plus Experience of installation and supporting JD Edwards hosted on cloud such as Oracle IaaS, AWS, Azure etc. will be an advantage Should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues in a large scale integrated E1 environment Must be an excellent team player Should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
