Job Summary We are seeking a seasoned JDE CNC Consultant with over 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and supporting JD Edwards CNC systems within complex enterprise environments. You will be responsible for ensuring system stability, performance, and continuous improvement, all while adhering to ITIL/ITSM best practices. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams and effectively documenting processes and procedures. Key Responsibilities System Management: Administer and support the JD Edwards CNC environment, ensuring optimal configuration, performance, and reliability. Troubleshooting & Optimization: Proactively monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to enhance system stability and efficiency. Process Improvement: Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement best practices and system enhancements in line with ITIL/ITSM frameworks. User Support: Provide expert-level support to end-users, addressing technical issues and ensuring a smooth operational experience. Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system configurations, troubleshooting guides, and procedural manuals. Project Collaboration: Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and other project initiatives, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption. Key Skills Experience: 7+ years of hands-on experience with JD Edwards CNC or a similar enterprise environment. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in system configuration, administration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of JD Edwards CNC systems. ITIL/ITSM Knowledge: Strong experience in applying ITIL/ITSM principles to support and enhance IT service delivery. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. Qualifications Bachelors degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience Minimum of7 years of experience in administering and supporting the Ivanti ITSM platform. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
