Job Description

As a JDE Manufacturing Functional at Grant Thornton INDUS, you will be responsible for utilizing your 4-6 years of functional experience to troubleshoot issues related to various Manufacturing processes. This includes Product Data Management, Shop Floor Management, Material Requirement Planning, Manufacturing Accounting, and Inventory modules. It is crucial to have a strong understanding of Inventory integrities, GL integrities, and product costing. Proficiency in JD Edwards MFG, Inventory, Forecasting, Capital Asset Management, and Quality management modules is essential. Expertise in Discrete Manufacturing Processes, MRP Processes, and Outside Manufacturing Processes is also required. Your key responsibilities will involve expertise in Bill of Material setup and Inventory setups, along with at least two full cycle JDE project implementations. You will be expected to gather and understand business requirements and map them to JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. Experience with Subcontracting in Manufacturing, Migration, Validation, and Configuration is necessary. Exposure to Advanced UDOs and JD Edwards Orchestrator will be advantageous. In this role, you will assist clients in the selection, implementation, and support of JDE Inventory, Work Order, Manufacturing Processes, and Capacity Planning. You will need to comprehend new change requirements from the business, create Functional design documents (FSD), and Test documents for the changes. Conducting UAT with users, obtaining sign-off, and addressing any issues during UAT are also part of your responsibilities.
