Key Responsibilities: Create 2D drawings, layouts, and detailed plans for design projects. Develop high-quality 3D visualizations, renders, and walkthroughs to present design concepts. Coordinate with design teams, architects, and clients to deliver creative solutions. Supervise on-site work to ensure design implementation matches approved plans. Monitor quality, timelines, and finishing standards during project execution. Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and labor teams for smooth site operations. Report site progress and resolve on-site issues efficiently. Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in 2D/3D visualization and site supervision. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office. Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and design detailing. Good communication and team management skills.
