Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and results-driven React.js Developer with 1 - 3 years of professional experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in front-end development using React, along with a keen eye for detail and performance optimization. You will be responsible for building intuitive and responsive user interfaces, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality code. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain dynamic web applications using React.js and related libraries. Convert UI/UX designs into high-quality, pixel-perfect front-end code using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript . Integrate RESTful APIs and handle asynchronous operations efficiently. Optimize application performance to ensure fast load times and smooth user experience. Debug, test, and troubleshoot issues across different browsers and platforms. Collaborate with designers, back-end developers, and QA teams to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions. Maintain code quality through version control (Git) , code reviews , and best practices. Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and trends in React and front-end development. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1 - 3 years of hands-on experience in React.js development . Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 , and TypeScript . Experience with React Hooks , functional components, and state management using tools like Redux or Context API. Good understanding of component lifecycle, routing (React Router), and conditional rendering. Familiarity with front-end build tools such as Webpack , Babel , or Vite . Basic understanding of Node.js for front-end integration and NPM-based workflows. Experience in writing unit tests using Jest , React Testing Library , or similar frameworks. Strong debugging skills and understanding of browser dev tools . Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles . Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver independently in a fast-paced environment. Note : This position is intended for candidates with relevant professional experience.
