Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java/Sprin
Create, manage, and optimize workflows using Orkes Conductorg Boot
Integrate with RESTful APIs and external services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Product
Write unit, integration, and system tests
Monitor and troubleshoot system performance and reliability
Provide L2/L3 support for Javamicroservices and Conductor workflows
Monitor system health, performance, and logs; set up alerts and dashboards
Troubleshoot workflow failures, investigate root causes, and provide fixes or workarounds
Collaborate with DevOps/SRE teams for deployment and scaling strategies
Participate in on-call rotations to ensure high system availability
Strong programming experience in Java(Java 8 or higher)
Experience with Orkes Conductor or Netflix Conductor
Familiarity with Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture
Understanding of REST APIs, Message Queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Experience with monitoring/logging tools/
Basic knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
