Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of software developers, providing technical guidance and support throughout the software development lifecycle. - Architect and design software solutions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope. - Oversee code reviews and enforce best practices in coding, testing, and documentation. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during development and in production environments. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development processes and tools. - Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills of the development team. - Foster a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages creativity and problem-solving. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. - Proficiency in multiple programming languages, frameworks, and technologies. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps practices is a plus.
