Job Overview We are seeking a Mid-Level Java Trainer to join our team in Madanapalle. The ideal candidate will have between 4 to 6 years of professional experience and will work on a full-time basis. The Java Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality Java training programs, developing curriculum, and mentoring students to ensure their successful placement. Qualifications and Skills Minimum of 4 years of experience in Java Programming Strong communication skills to deliver effective training sessions and interact with students Proficient problem-solving abilities to address and resolve student queries and challenges Experience in curriculum development to create comprehensive training programs Proven ability in training delivery to manage classroom sessions and conduct assessments Knowledge of various Java frameworks and their practical application Mentoring skills to provide guidance and support to students in their learning journey Exceptional teaching skills (Mandatory skill) Roles and Responsibilities Design and deliver Java training programs that cater to the needs of students from diverse backgrounds Develop and modify curriculum as needed to ensure it stays current with industry trends and requirements Conduct classroom and online training sessions, providing hands-on coding practice and theoretical knowledge Mentor and guide students, helping them to understand complex concepts and improve their coding skills Create and administer assessments to gauge student progress and provide constructive feedback Coordinate with the placement team to prepare students for interviews and job placements Continuously update your own knowledge and skills to provide the best training experience Maintain records of student attendance, performance, and engagement for reporting purposes Job Category: Information Technology Job Type: Full Time Job Location: Madanapalle
