Java Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Developer with 6 to 14 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Java development and possess a deep understanding of software development processes. This role requires hands-on experience with core Java frameworks, Spring Boot , microservices architecture , and various database technologies. Role & responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance Java-based applications. Write efficient and maintainable code following best practices in software development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Implement microservices and APIs to ensure seamless integration between services. Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and resolve issues. Work with version control systems like Git to maintain and manage code repositories. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability. Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies for iterative development cycles. Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in Java and related technologies. Preferred candidate profile 6 to 11 years of professional experience in Java development . Strong expertise in Core Java (Java 8 or later) and Object-Oriented Programming principles. Extensive experience with Spring Framework , especially Spring Boot . In-depth knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful web services. Proficiency with databases such as MySQL , PostgreSQL , or Oracle , and familiarity with JPA/Hibernate . Experience with cloud platforms like AWS , Azure , or GCP is a plus. Strong understanding of DevOps principles and familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes. Proficient in multithreading , concurrency , and performance optimization techniques. Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB is a plus. Familiarity with testing frameworks such as JUnit , Mockito , and Selenium .
