Candidate with relevant skill set and doamain experience only need to attend the interview We are seeking a Java Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of scalable and high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Cloud technologies, and team leadership skills to mentor and guide developers. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of complex Java-based applications. Architect and implement microservices-based solutions with best practices. Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and DevOps principles. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver solutions. Optimize application performance, scalability, and security. Conduct code reviews, technical mentoring, and hands-on development. Work with cloud platforms AWS & Azure for deployments. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production and development environments. Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and processes to improve efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science with 5-7 years of proven experience in Java development with at least 3 years in a lead role. Expertise in Java 21+, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs. Strong knowledge of Microservices Architecture, Kubernetes, Docker. Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms AWS and Azure. Proficiency in SQL & NoSQL databases MS SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, Docker and Azure DevOps. Strong understanding of multithreading, design patterns, and system architecture. Knowledge of message brokers Kafka or RabbitMQ. Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps culture. Excellent problem-solving skills, leadership, and communication abilities. Experience in Frontend Technologies (React/Angular). Familiarity with GraphQL, ElasticSearch, Redis. Exposure to AI/ML integration in Java applications.
