Java Technical Lead

As a skilled web developer with hands-on experience in Core Java and J2EE, you will play a crucial role in developing intelligent and scalable engineering solutions from scratch. Your responsibilities will include partnering with customers to understand product vision and goals, working on high/low-level product designs and roadmaps with a team of developers, and designing server-side components. You will be expected to build products and applications using cutting-edge technologies such as Open source Java tech stack, HTML5, Backbone.js, Hadoop, Cassandra, and MongoDB. Additionally, you will review and comprehend business requirements to ensure timely completion of development tasks with minimal defects. To excel in this role, you must possess a B.E/B.Tech/MCA qualification with a minimum of 6-13 years of web development experience. Experience in end-to-end application development in an Agile environment, defining technical architecture, maintaining standards, and managing a team of at least 3 members is essential. Proficiency in OOAD frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, REST, TDD, Continuous Integration, build tools, Design Patterns, and databases like MySQL, Oracle, or NoSQL is required. Strong interpersonal skills are crucial for effective collaboration across team boundaries. Familiarity with Agile methodology, development tools, integration patterns for queuing and caching, and non-relational platforms like DynamoDB/MongoDB will be beneficial. The position is full-time, with work scheduled from Monday to Friday at the Noida location.
