Java Tech Lead

Job Description

We are looking for Java Tech Lead. Candidate should be very good in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices 8+ years of experience in Java development. Candidate should have team leading skills. Have a solid experience in building java-based microservices. Design and Build Cloud native platforms in the standard Java stack, ideally on AWS Solid experience in Spring Boot and associated frameworks in the ecosystem Able to keep testing first, and having in depth understanding of automated unit and functional testing and associated tools/frameworks Hands-on experience using observability tools like DataDog, Splunk etc. Design, develop, test and maintain backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot. Architect and implement microservices to ensure scalability and robustness of applications. Create and maintain data pipelines to handle large volumes of data efficiently. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions. Participate in code and design reviews to minimize rework and catch issues early in the process. Optimize and improve the performance, scalability, and reliability of our systems. Conduct code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Java and backend development technologies Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
