Urgent opening for Java Tech Lead Job Title: Java Tech Lead Experience: 7-9 Years Budget : 12-14 LPA Location: Gurgaon -hybrid Notice Period: Immediate to 15days Mandatory skills: Java,Springboot,Restapi,SQL,CI/CD,Git/SVN,SQL,Mongo DB,Junit Testing/integration testing,Agile Tech Stack Table Skills Experience Rating out of 10 Java Springboot RestAPI CI/CD Git/SVN SQl MongoDB Junit/Integration Testing Agile Responsibilities Lead a team of developers to design, develop, and implement Java-based applications and solutions. Architect and design scalable, maintainable, and high-performance backend solutions using Java and related technologies. Drive the adoption of best coding practices, design patterns, and industry standards across the team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, business analysts, and quality assurance to define technical requirements. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior and mid-level developers. Perform hands-on development and ensure the timely delivery of project milestones. Ensure the quality of code through code reviews, unit testing, and automated testing frameworks. Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks, system outages, and defects. Implement Agile development processes, work in sprints, and deliver solutions with continuous integration and deployment. Work with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployments, monitoring, and performance optimization. Manage version control, release management, and software builds using tools like Git, Jenkins, Maven, etc. Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to ensure that the technical solution aligns with business needs. Must-Have Skills 7–9 years of experience in Java development, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or technical lead role. Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and related Java frameworks (Spring, Hibernate). Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Hands-on experience in design and implementation of Java-based applications at scale. Solid understanding of databases: SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB). Proficiency with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, and version control tools (Git, SVN). Solid experience with testing frameworks like JUnit, TestNG, and integration testing. Expertise in application performance optimization and tuning. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence. Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with various teams. Good-to-Have Skills Familiarity with Cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deployment and scaling. Experience with containers (Docker) and container orchestration (Kubernetes). Knowledge of message brokers like Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc. Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular for full-stack development. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes and practices. Exposure to modern development practices like DevOps, TDD (Test Driven Development), and BDD (Behavior Driven Development). Exposure to Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, etc.) is a plus. Knowledge of performance tuning and caching strategies (e.g., Redis, Ehcache).
