Job Title: Java Tech Lead Location: Madurai, Tamil Nadu Experience: 10+ years Salary: Best in Industry Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred Job Type: Full-Time | On-site Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Java Tech Lead to join our growing team in Madurai. The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of strong Java development experience, excellent communication skills, and proven expertise in leading projects and mentoring technical teams. You will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, architectural decisions, and team coordination. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-level Java-based applications. Manage full project lifecycle – from requirement gathering to deployment. Guide and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high code quality and adherence to standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders for smooth project execution. Conduct regular code reviews and performance optimizations. Handle risk management and propose solutions proactively. Ensure timely delivery and manage project milestones. Required Skills: 10+ years of experience in Java, Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate, RESTful APIs. Strong exposure to Microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP preferred). Hands-on experience in front-end technologies like Angular/React (added advantage). Proficient in version control tools like Git and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities. Preferred Candidate Profile: Proven track record of leading multiple successful Java projects. Strong team management and mentoring capabilities. Capable of handling client interactions independently. Immediate joiners or candidates with less than 15 days' notice preferred.
