Java Tech Analyst

Role Overview: As a Java Tech Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, reviewing technical documentation, developing, unit testing, and supporting solutions. You will assess changes/requirements, provide effort estimation, collaborate with different teams, and provide support and on-the-job training to less experienced team members. Additionally, you will interact with clients, onsite stakeholders, coordinate projects, research alternative solutions, and recommend efficient system designs. Key Responsibilities: - Design and review technical documentation - Develop, unit test, and support solutions - Assess changes/requirements and provide effort estimation - Coordinate and collaborate with different teams - Provide support and on-the-job training to less experienced team members - Interact with clients, onsite stakeholders, and project counterparts - Coordinate projects and assist in project delivery on Java platform - Research and evaluate alternative solutions; recommend efficient system designs - Keep abreast with latest technologies Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication skills - Self-starter capable of working independently - Excellent analytical and debugging skills - Experience working in Agile methodologies and SDLC processes (Note: Cab facility will be available for the Greater Noida location.
