Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Java Team Lead, based in Chennai Work from office. The Java Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing software development projects, leading a team of developers, and ensuring the successful implementation of Java-based applications. Daily tasks include code review, guiding team members through design patterns, and coordinating with stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives. The role will also involve working with microservices architecture and ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Java , Spring Boot , Angular , Javascript and familiarity with Microservices
• Experience in Software Development and the application of Design Patterns
• Strong Team Leadership skills and the ability to mentor and manage a development team
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Prior experience in Banking technology is a plus
