Technical support - Provides assistance in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to software applications. Key Responsibilities Technical Support is responsible for diagnosing and resolving application-related issues, providing user assistance, and managing updates and configurations to ensure seamless functionality. They monitor and optimize application performance, maintain detailed documentation, and collaborate with development teams to address software bugs. They also manage incident logs, ensure compliance with security policies, and conduct regular maintenance. Additionally, they train users on application features and best practices, proactively addressing potential issues to minimize downtime and enhance user experience. Minimum Qualification required: Experience of at least one (1) Java based project as developer. Should have minimum SCJP/OCJP certification. 5 years of Minimum Relevant work Experience BE/B.Tech/MCA
