Job Title: Java Support Engineer Experience: 4–5 Years Location: PAN India (REMOTE) Notice Period: 0-15 Days Job Description : We are seeking a skilled Java Support Engineer with 4–5 years of experience in application support and maintenance (L2/L3). The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and troubleshooting skills, along with a solid understanding of enterprise application environments . Key Responsibilitie s: Provide L2/L3 support for web and standalone applications. Analyze and resolve issues in applications built on Java/J2EE technologies. Perform bug fixes and minor enhancements as needed. Write and optimize SQL queries, procedures, triggers, and packages (PL/SQL). Troubleshoot issues in Oracle, SQL Server, or other RDBMS platforms. Manage incidents, problems, changes, and releases in line with ITIL best practices. Utilize ITSM tools such as ServiceNow for issue tracking and resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business applications. Develop basic scripts and perform tasks in Linux environment s. Technical Skil ls: Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Struts, Angular, Web Services, Microservices SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle, SQL Server Linux scripting ITIL framework familiarity Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools Show more Show less
