Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Java Spring Boot Developer with strong expertise in Microservices architecture and MySQL database design. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance backend systems using Spring Boot, REST APIs, and cloud-native technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy highly scalable microservices using Spring Boot. Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with frontend systems. Optimize and manage MySQL databases (schema design, indexing, query optimization). Implement security, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and authorization in microservices. Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). Ensure code quality using unit testing (JUnit/Mockito), CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Frontend, QA) for seamless delivery. Troubleshoot and debug production issues in a distributed system.

Technical Skills Required:

Core Java & Spring Boot (5+ years)
Microservices Architecture (Spring Cloud, Eureka, API Gateway, Feign Client) MySQL (Schema design, stored procedures, performance tuning) REST APIs, Swagger/OpenAPI ORM tools (Hibernate/JPA) Messaging systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ) Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD (Jenkins/GitHub Actions) Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) - Preferred Agile/Scrum methodologies

Good to Have:

Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra) Experience with GraphQL Familiarity with React/Angular (for full-stack understanding)

Qualifications:

bachelors/masters in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 5+ years of Java backend development experience. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
