Java Spring Boot Developer / Backend Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable backend services using Spring Boot (REST or GraphQL APIs).
• Implement microservices architecture and deploy services using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Perform database design and integration using PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL, with ORM through JPA/Hibernate.
• Implement authentication and security protocols (OAuth2, JWT, Keycloak, RBAC).
• Integrate with third-party APIs (e.g., payment gateways, FHIR/HL7 for healthcare, telephony APIs).
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests using tools like JUnit and Mockito.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, GitHub, or Jenkins.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production issues using logs, metrics, and APM tools.

Must-Have Technical Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Java 11+ or Java 17+.
• In-depth knowledge of Spring Boot and its ecosystem (Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security).
• Expertise in designing RESTful APIs and working with microservices.
• Strong SQL skills with relational databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Familiarity with messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Proficiency with Git and CI/CD processes.

Nice-to-Have / Bonus Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (GCP).
• Familiarity with caching tools like Redis or Memcached.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack.
• Knowledge of GraphQL.
• Experience working with healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7).
• Basic knowledge of frontend development, especially with React or Next.js, for better backend-frontend integration.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MCA, or related field.
• 2– 4+ years of hands-on experience in backend development (junior to senior level roles).

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Good communication skills and ability to write clear documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
