Domain Knowledge : Strong end-to-end banking domain experience, particularly in delivering banking platform projects in wealth management. Technical Skills : Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, Agile, and CMMI quality procedures along with familiarity with banking technology stacks. Leadership Skills : Skilled in team, stakeholder, and customer management, with the ability to handle governance meetings, drive cross-functional collaboration, and lead large, diverse teams. Soft Skills : Effective communicator with strong relationship management, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and vendor management abilities. Nice to Have : Certifications: PMP, CSM, SAFE Agile or relevant certification is an advantage.
