Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications on AWS. - Implement microservices using Spring Boot and integrate with AWS services like Lambda, S3, and DynamoDB. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality software solutions. - Ensure application performance, scalability, and security. - Develop and implement a robust strategy to identify, analyze, and resolve software bottlenecks in various systems and applications, including modernized cloud-based applications. - Lead efforts to optimize software performance, particularly in cloud environments, ensuring efficient and effective system operations. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering continuous improvement and innovation. - Experience in TDD/BDD. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience in Java development with AWS. - Proficiency in developing microservices using Spring Boot and integrating with AWS services. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies. - Experience in performance optimization and ensuring system efficiency. - Ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams. - Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
