We are seeking a Java MS Lead with 10-15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in leading a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. This role is based in India and requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Microsoft technologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure high-quality software delivery
Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality
Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues throughout the software development lifecycle
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development and recommend relevant improvements to the team

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
10-15 years of experience in Java-based software development with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies including .NET framework, ASP.NET, C#, and SQL Server
Experience in developing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience with cloud-based technologies such as Azure or AWS is a plus
