As a skilled Java developer with experience in Spring Boot, Microservices, and RESTful API, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of scalable microservices. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver APIs and integrations. You will ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and secure development principles, while driving performance optimization and troubleshooting complex issues. Additionally, you will mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Your participation in architecture reviews and providing technical leadership in solution design will be essential to the team's success. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of scalable microservices using Spring Boot and Java. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver APIs and integrations. - Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and secure development principles. - Drive performance optimization, system scalability, and troubleshooting complex issues. - Mentor and guide junior developers, perform code reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement. - Participate in architecture reviews and provide technical leadership in solution design. Technical Skills Required: - Strong proficiency in Java 8+, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture. - Deep understanding of RESTful API design and implementation. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes (preferred). - Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.). - Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) will be an added advantage. - Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Candidate Profile: - Minimum 9 years of professional experience in Java-based development. - Proven experience in leading a team or playing a technical lead role. - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
