Job Summary: As a Java Lead at Pristine IT Code Pvt Ltd, you will oversee the design, development, and implementation of Java-based applications. Your leadership will be pivotal in guiding a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Software Development: Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment. Technical Design: Develop and implement technical designs that meet business requirements and are scalable, maintainable, and efficient. Code Quality: Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and quality assurance, to ensure seamless project delivery. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to maintain application performance and reliability. Required Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Technical Expertise: Proven experience in Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate). Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles. Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Proficiency in database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL databases.
