Job Description

Role & responsibilities : Java Tech Lead experience in end to end development, unit testing and Prod support Contributes to the technical design for development projects by reviewing and understanding the high-level functional specifications. Develop Software Solutions: Use Java Spring/Spring Boot and Hibernate Leading and contributing to analysis, design, development and testing of various java-based application components Ensure High-Quality Craftsmanship: Follow best practices in Object-Oriented and Functional Programming. Create Scalable and Performant Applications: Meet business needs and conform to Enterprise Architecture principles, including Microservices Architecture. Understanding of CI/CD Pipeline and Jenkins. Hands on experience into Git hub, Gradle & Maven based Java project Organize Data and Develop Efficient Systems: Use RDMS (MySQL, Oracle). Maintain Legacy Systems: Work with older versions of Java, Spring, JSF and Hibernate. Nice to have some exposure to Angular or Ext JS to some extent. Nice to have exposure in Developing, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with the organizations objectives and industry standards. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science or related discipline. 8-10 years practical experience developing software solutions in a professional environment. Mastery of an object-oriented language (preferably Java Spring/Spring Boot). Mastery of a modern scripted language (preferably JavaScript). Mastery of 1 or more web application frameworks (preferably Spring MVC, Spring Boot). Mastery of database query languages (SQL). Mastery of software development lifecycle and version control system (preferably GIT). Mastery of Agile development practices.
