Java Fullstack Architect

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Will act as the local leader of the POD as a proxy of the Hiring Manager.
• Collaborate with Scrum Master and Technical product owner to create / maintain a Healthy Backlog for a development team.
• Participate to Solution Architecture sessions with Cornerstone Solutioning Team.
• Coach and support development team members.
• Ensure a good team velocity.
• Ensure top quality delivery of software components.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

1. Software solution architecture

Must have been working as a solution architect, designing software development solutions.

2. Software development - Javascript/typescript

Must have significant experience of software development in javascript/typescript frameworks. Must be able to code and conduct code review.

3. Team Leadership

Must have acted as team lead for a software development team. Must be able to coach and take decisions.

4. Quality assurance

Must have developed quality assurance strategies while working on software development. Must understand concepts of TDD, BDD, Unit Tests, Integration Tests, automation, etc.
