Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

• Strong proficiency in Java (version 8 or later).
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Hands on Experience in SQL/Oracle Database queries
• Good knowledge of CI/CD pipeline tools such as Jenkins, Git, Maven
• Having good knowledge on Agile methodologies – SCRUM
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN).
• Knowledge of software development methodologies and Agile practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Develop and maintain web applications using Java and Angular frameworks.
• Design and implement user-friendly front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure software meets quality standards.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and apply them to current projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and production issues.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve software development processes and practices.

Good-to-Have

• Front-end Frameworks/Libraries: Experience with other front-end frameworks or libraries such as React, Vue.js, or Bootstrap. Understanding of component-based architecture and state management.
• Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Understanding of cloud services, serverless architecture, and deployment strategies.
• DevOps: Understanding of DevOps principles and experience with CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of tools like Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, or Ansible for building, testing, and deploying applications.
