With a mission to upskill youth and bridge the industry-academia gap. Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Java Trainer to join our team at the Indore center. The trainer will be responsible for conducting engaging classroom and/or online sessions on Core and Advanced Java, preparing students for job placements, and helping them understand real-time projects and applications. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver Core Java and Advanced Java training modules. Explain object-oriented programming concepts with hands-on exercises. Teach frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate (preferred). Guide students in project development, code reviews, and problem-solving. Prepare assessments, assignments, and interview preparation resources. Stay updated with the latest Java trends and best practices. Monitor student progress and provide feedback and mentorship. Collaborate with the academic team to update curriculum and content. Assist in marketing activities such as webinars, demo classes, and workshops. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Core Java and OOP principles. Hands-on experience in Java frameworks like Spring and Hibernate (preferred). Prior teaching/training experience is a plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to explain technical concepts in a simplified manner. Passion for mentoring and helping students grow. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Full Stack Development with Java. Exposure to tools like Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, MySQL/PostgreSQL, Maven. Understanding of web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (a plus). Experience in creating or managing live projects.
