Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer Lead with expertise in React.js , Redux , and Java to lead our development team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with front-end and back-end technologies, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for building scalable, high-performance web applications. Job Details: Role : Java Full Stack Lead - React.JS Location : Chennai and Bangalore Years of experience : 8+ Years Notice period : Immediate to Less than 30 Days only will be processing for the further process. Work mode : Work from Office only ( NO HYBRID AND WORK FROM HOME ) Shift timings : Flexi hours Interview mode : Virtual interviews only. Key Responsibilities: Lead the full software development lifecycle: requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Architect and develop front-end web applications using React.js and Redux. Design and implement RESTful APIs and back-end services using Java (Spring Boot or similar frameworks). Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA. Mentor and guide junior developers and promote best practices in code quality, testing, and performance. Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and automation. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimation. Required Skills and Qualifications: Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in React.js and Redux for state management. Solid experience in Java backend development, preferably with Spring Boot or similar frameworks. Deep understanding of RESTful API design and integration. Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript. Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases. Experience with version control tools like Git . Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing. Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus. Leadership & Communication: Proven experience leading a development team or project. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in an Agile environment. Preferred Qualifications : Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Experience with other front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., Angular, Vue.js). Familiarity with microservices architecture. Experience in performance tuning and security best practices. Contributions to open source or active participation in tech communities. NOTE : SHOULD HAVE VERY STRONG EXPERIENCE IN REACT.JS AND SHOULD WELL KNOW TO BE WRITING THE REACT.JS CODING AS WELL.
