Java Full stack Lead Developer

Role Overview: As an Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst at our company, you will be an intermediate level professional responsible for participating in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. Your main objective will be to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities. Key Responsibilities: - Experience with complex system integration projects - Proficiency in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, J2EE Design Patterns, and REST services - Familiarity with Front End Technologies such as JavaScript, Angular (version 16 and above), CSS2/CSS3, and HTML - Strong knowledge of SQL, JDBC, and Unix commands - Hands-on experience with relational databases (Oracle/DB2) and No-SQL databases (MongoDB) - Ability to work with and deploy applications on Cloud platforms - Proficiency in code testing tools like Junit, Mockito, and Cucumber - Deployment acquaintance in Apache Tomcat, OpenShift, or other cloud environments - Expertise in Test-driven development (Junit, JMeter), Continuous Integration (Jenkins), Build tool (Maven), Version Control (Git), and Development tools (Eclipse, IntelliJ) - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to work effectively in a team environment - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of working well independently - Experience collaborating with business analysts, database administrators, project managers, and technical architects across multiple geographical areas Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of relevant experience - Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications - Experience in managing and implementing successful projects - Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods - Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and adapt to unexpected changes in expectations or requirements Education: - Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience Please note that this job description offers a general overview of the responsibilities and qualifications required.
