Location:- Pune (Kharadi) - WFO Programming Language: Core Java (Primary) , Spring / Spring boot, Microsoft Azure, ReactJS (good to have), Microservices, Database, SQL, Any ORM Responsibilities: Take ownership of customer issues reported incidents and see problems through to resolution Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles Follow the SLA for issues with respect to the severity. End to End application monitoring including batch jobs & reports Banking and Finance knowledge Should have good communication skills and able to communicate with client Should be proactive and willing to take challenges
