Requirements: Understanding functional requirements and raising clarifications with BAs and the team. Efficient in providing technical design and implementing this on complex requirements. Building reusable code and libraries for future use. Optimizing application for maximum speed and scalability. Understanding Agile practices such as daily scrum, iteration planning, retrospective, test driven and follow the same. Expertise on Development, Unit Testing and Automated Testing Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders. Able to estimate from high level requirement and do an independent estimate from detailed functional specification. Meticulously review the design, test cases and code. Participation in all chapter / community events and all the agile ceremonies.
