Java Full Stack Developer Lead

As a Java Full Stack Developer Lead, you will be responsible for designing and developing robust, scalable web applications leveraging Java, Spring Framework, Angular, and Microservices architecture. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing and developing scalable web applications using Java (Spring Boot) and Angular. - Architecting and implementing microservices following best practices. - Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to industry standards. - Collaborating with front-end/back-end developers, QA engineers, and product managers. - Optimizing application performance, scalability, and security. - Participating in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and leading technical discussions. - Solving complex problems using innovative algorithms. - Ensuring high-quality deliverables through unit testing and continuous integration. - Staying updated on emerging technologies and development practices. Qualifications Required: - 8-10 years of experience in full stack Java development. - Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework (Core, Security, JPA, MVC). - Strong front-end skills in Angular, HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and responsive design. - Hands-on experience in RESTful APIs and Microservices. - Proficiency in Data Structures, Algorithms, and databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. - Knowledge of CI/CD tools, containerization technologies, version control (Git), and cloud platforms. - Problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities. You will also be preferred if you have a degree in Computer Science or related field, experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ), Agile/Scrum methodologies, and automated testing frameworks.,
