Job Description: Full Stack Developer (Java + React/Next.js) Position: Full Stack Developer Experience: 7+ years Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days Location: Chennai Interview Mode: L1 - virtual, L2 - F2F interview Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 7+ years in full-stack development roles Proven track record of leading and managing development teams Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies Proficiency in Java , Spring Boot , Microservices , and REST APIs Strong experience with React.js , Redux , and front-end development tools Working knowledge of any API manager is a plus Working knowledge of messaging systems like RabbitMQ or Kafka is desirable Hands-on experience with Cloud services (Azure, AWS, or GCP) Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes is a plus Good grasp of SOLID principles , design patterns , and various architectural patterns Good knowledge of databases is a plus Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Show more Show less
