We are seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer with a strong backend focus (60%) and frontend exposure (40%). The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java (17+), Spring Boot 3.x, and modern SPA frameworks, along with strong client-server communication knowledge. The role demands excellent English communication skills, technical leadership, and hands-on development capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesBackend (Java)Design and develop enterprise-grade applications using Java 17+Build and maintain RESTful and SOA-based services using Spring Boot 3.x / Spring Framework 6.xImplement asynchronous messaging using JMS (ActiveMQ, IBM MQ, RabbitMQ, etc.)Design and enhance SOA and Microservices architecturesOwn and deliver complex modules end-to-endEnsure high code quality through reviews, static analysis, and testingUse Maven for build and dependency management
