We are looking for a passionate Java Full Stack Developer to join our team at our on-site location in India and help us achieve our client’s technological goals. Role Responsibilities Design and implement scalable Java applications. Develop and maintain RESTful services for web applications. Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements using server-side logic. Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment. Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Write clean, modular, and efficient code to deliver robust software solutions. Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure software quality. Work with database systems to design and maintain data storage solutions. Utilize version control systems to manage code repositories effectively. Apply Agile methodologies to improve the development process. Continuously research, evaluate, and apply new programming skills and technologies. Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Troubleshoot production issues and implement fixes in a timely manner. Monitor application performance and suggest optimizations. Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a Java Full Stack Developer or similar role. Strong understanding of Java programming and design patterns. Experience with Spring framework and Spring Boot. Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Solid knowledge of RESTful API development and integration. Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL. Ability to work in an Agile environment and adapt to changes quickly. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Familiarity with version control tools such as Git. Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit). Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively. Willingness to continuously learn and improve skills. Prior experience in an on-site team setting is preferred.
