Java Engineer

You should have at least 6+ years of experience in the relevant field to apply for this position. As a Software Engineer in this role, you will lead multidimensional projects involving multiple teams. You will collaborate with other software engineers to establish design best practices and conduct code reviews. Your responsibilities will also include resolving complex engineering problems by working closely with others, facilitating cross-functional troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. You will be responsible for creating, evaluating, and contributing to feature detailed designs, as well as designing, developing, and implementing software using an agile project cycle. Additionally, you will mentor team members, sharing your technical knowledge and expertise, while demonstrating a thorough understanding of information technology concepts and best practices related to Cloud technologies and system integrations. Applying and sharing knowledge of security coding practices and secure system fundamentals will also be part of your role. To be successful in this position, you should have strong proficiency in Java (v11+) with expertise in object-oriented programming, concurrency, and performance optimization. Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and the Spring Ecosystem, proficiency in containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes, experience with RESTful architecture and microservices development, and strong knowledge of relational databases are required. Additionally, experience working with cloud-based services, familiarity with CI/CD methodologies and tools, knowledge of messaging and event-driven architectures, and experience integrating with financial systems will be beneficial. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are essential. Ideally, you should have at least 5+ years of professional experience in backend development, preferably in enterprise or high-scale environments. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is also desirable for this role.,
