Job Title: Faculty – Java Development 📍 Location: PW-IOI Campus – Lucknow 📅 Experience: 2+ years in teaching/training 🎓 Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA 🕒 Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for an experienced Java Development Faculty to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training in C, C++, Java, Advanced Java, OOPs programming, and Java Spring Full Stack Development (FSD). The faculty should have a strong grasp of fundamental and advanced programming concepts and be able to mentor students from scratch to project deployment. Key Responsibilities ✅ Conduct interactive lectures, workshops, and hands-on coding sessions. ✅ Teach core programming concepts, including OOPs, data structures, algorithms, and full-stack development. ✅ Guide students in real-world applications, debugging techniques, and industry-relevant projects. ✅ Provide assessments, evaluate student performance, and offer constructive feedback. ✅ Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate modern technologies into the curriculum. ✅ Mentor students on technical interview preparation, problem-solving, and coding challenges. ✅ Support students in hackathons, coding competitions, and technical events. Skills Required ✔ Proficiency in C, C++, Java, Advanced Java, Java Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, and Microservices. ✔ Experience with databases like MySQL, MongoDB, and cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure). ✔ Hands-on experience with DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practices. ✔ Strong ability to simplify complex concepts and create an engaging learning environment. ✔ Excellent communication, mentoring, and classroom management skills.
