Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy
production-grade applications and services
using
Java 8, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
.
Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Utilize
Java 8 features
such as lambda expressions, streams, optional/nullable, and functional interfaces for clean, efficient code.
Implement and maintain
RESTful APIs
with a strong focus on
API security, authentication, and performance
.
Work with
collections, generics, and multi-threading concepts
to build optimized and scalable systems.
Collaborate in
Agile/Scrum
ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement within the team.
Oversee
testing, deployment, and production release management
across multiple environments.
Work with
DevOps tools
such as
Jenkins, Maven, GitHub, and ServiceNow
for CI/CD and release management.
Write effective
unit tests
using
JUnit and Mockito
to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills:

Hands-on experience with
Java 8

Strong knowledge of
