(Having Banking Project Experience is Mandatory)

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the development team, ensuring best practices and high-quality code delivery.

Own end-to-end technical design for product features, microservices architecture, and suggest improvements to existing solutions.

Actively participate in coding and reviewing complex modules using Java and Spring Framework.

Collaborate with QA and cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and deliverables.

Ensure application performance, scalability, and security through optimization and architecture enhancements

. Manage CI/CD pipelines (GitLab) and promote DevOps culture for smooth build and deployment.

Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Drive continuous learning and adoption of best-in-class technologies within the team.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of professional experience in developing enterprise-level applications with Java/J2EE.

Strong expertise in Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC).

Experience in RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and SOA principles.

Good knowledge of Database design and optimization (MySQL/PostgreSQL).

Familiarity with Java testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, etc.).

Experience in CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms

Prior experience in team leadership, mentoring, and project delivery ownership.

Nice to Have

Experience with Front-end frameworks (React/Angular).

Knowledge of Performance testing tools like Gatling or JMeter.

Exposure to Infrastructure automation tools (Ansible, Kubernetes).
