Job Opening: 1 Job Description: Cateina Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and seasoned Java Developer Tech Lead with over 10+ years of experience to lead and contribute to complex, enterprise-level projects. The ideal candidate should demonstrate deep technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to work with next-gen technologies. Location: Mumbai Primary Focus Areas: Advanced Java Development, Spring Boot, Microservices, System Architecture, Cloud Solutions Technical Skills and Responsibilities: Core Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java , particularly with JDK 1.8+ and higher versions. Advanced expertise in Spring Framework , Spring Boot , and Microservices architecture . In-depth knowledge of database systems such as MySQL , PostgreSQL , and experience in database design and optimization. Proficiency in integrating and managing messaging systems like Kafka , JMS , Active MQ , RabbitMQ , or similar technologies. API Development and Integration: Design, develop, and manage complex RESTful APIs and web services. Proficiency in Open API specifications (2.0, 3.0) . Expert-level understanding of JSON , XML , and secure communication protocols. Enterprise Development: Extensive experience in system design , scalable architecture , and enterprise-level solutions. Implementation of robust authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., OAuth, JWT). Application of advanced data security measures, including encryption, hashing, and integrity techniques. Cloud and DevOps: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deployment and scaling. Knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes . Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git , Jenkins , etc. Preferred Knowledge: Familiarity with enterprise integration platforms like JBoss, Camel, Mule, or Quarkus . Experience in data analytics pipelines and high-performance applications. Leadership and Team Collaboration: Act as a technical lead , mentoring and guiding junior developers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy innovative solutions. Lead the migration and refactoring of legacy systems into modern microservices-based architectures . Required Skills and Attributes: Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to stakeholders. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
