Java Developer

As a Java Multi-threading Developer, you will play a crucial role in crafting and implementing high-performance applications that make the most of Java's capabilities for concurrent processing. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and maintaining robust multi-threaded applications using Java, Core Java, and JMS. - Implementing effective thread management and synchronization mechanisms to enhance application performance. - Troubleshooting performance issues related to multi-threading scenarios. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define application requirements and translating them into technical solutions. - Conducting code reviews and offering guidance to junior developers in multi-threading best practices. - Staying abreast of the latest trends in Java development and multi-threading techniques. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and have at least 5 years of experience in Core Java & JMS, Spring Boot, and multi-threading Java development. A deep understanding of Java concurrency concepts like thread lifecycle, synchronization, locks, and the Java Memory Model is essential. Experience with relevant Java libraries and frameworks, including Java Collections Framework and Executors framework, is required. Proficiency in performance tuning techniques and tools for threaded applications, familiarity with design patterns optimizing multi-threading, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and effectively communicate with stakeholders are also necessary. Knowledge of version control systems like Git and Agile methodologies is preferred. Preferred qualifications for this role include experience in working with multi-threaded applications on cloud environments, familiarity with distributed systems and microservices architecture, and exposure to tools for logging and monitoring multi-threaded applications.
