About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Java Developer to join our IT team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing, testing, and maintaining scalable Java applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust software solutions that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java-based applications.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, testers, and project managers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Debug and resolve technical issues across various environments.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Integrate applications with databases, APIs, and third-party services.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
• Strong knowledge of Core Java, Spring / Spring Boot, Hibernate / JPA, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with MySQL / PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure).
• Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies.
