Java Developer / Senior Developer

You will be part of Valtech Mobility, a strategic business unit dedicated to improving mobility by making it safer, smarter, and more enjoyable. The primary goal is to develop cutting-edge connected vehicle technologies for global mobility providers and vehicle OEMs such as VW, Toyota, Porsche, Audi, Lamborghini, Skoda. **Key Responsibilities:** - As a technical expert, you will join the global Connected Vehicle team. - You will work on developing connected car services in areas such as infotainment, telematics, and V2X/Car2x. - Collaborate with international industry experts who have experience with renowned brands like Porsche, Lamborghini, Bentley, and Audi. **Qualifications Required:** - Mindset of taking responsibility for work from design to operations. - Hands-on experience in building Java applications using Java 8 (and above), Spring Boot, and Hibernate. - Ability to design scalable microservice architecture and implement design patterns. - Proficiency in REST and Feign clients, TDD approach, and Kubernetes-based deployments. - Experience working in agile teams with methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or similar. - Willingness to learn and become a subject matter expert in the domain. - Background in a hands-on Platform Engineering role. - Excellent communication skills and willingness to work in a globally distributed team. **Additional Details of the Company:** Valtech is the experience innovation company that unlocks a better way to experience the world by blending crafts, categories, and cultures.
